Victor Enachi was born on 11 March 1991 in the village of Bozieni, Hîncești District, into a family of teachers. After graduating from high school he studied law at Moldova State University, graduating in 2013. He worked as a legal consultant at an agricultural enterprise, then four years as a lawyer of the Hîncești District Council, and since 2020 he has been an attorney specialising in land disputes.

I have decided to run for the Hîncești District Council because land is our people's greatest wealth — and too many lose it because of paperwork, bureaucracy and those who profit from their lack of knowledge.

I was born in Bozieni. After law school I worked as a legal consultant at an agricultural enterprise, then four years at the Hîncești District Council — I know the administration from the inside. Since 2020 I have been an attorney specialising in land disputes: I defend people's rights to their land.

Every day I see the same story: people who have worked their land all their lives and now risk losing it because a document is not in order, because the boundary is unclear, because someone craftier knew how to take advantage. That is why, if you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: real help for people in land disputes and in registering their plots; protection of honest tenants against abuse; free legal consultations in the district's villages, so every person knows their rights before signing anything.

Justice should not depend on how much money you have for a lawyer.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make sure the land of Hîncești stays with the people who work it.
