Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Fălești District Council because villagers' health is not fixed in offices — it is fixed at the patient's bedside, every day.

I was born in Albinețul Vechi and for 25 years I have been my village's paramedic. I started as a nurse at the district hospital, became a head nurse, and since 1998 I have worked at the village medical post. Everyone knows me: from newborns to ninety-year-old elders.

Every day I see the problems that hurt most: the medical post needs renovation and basic medicines, bedridden patients wait for visits that come late, and the ambulance reaches the village when it can, not when it must. If you elect me, I will fight for: renovating the medical post and keeping it permanently stocked with medicines, a programme of regular visits to bedridden patients, and a clear ambulance schedule that gets it to the village on time, not at random.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Health should not depend on the distance to the town. Together we will bring it home.

Career analysis

Varvara Josanu's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

She started "from the bottom": as a nurse she learned real medicine — night shifts, serious patients, responsibility for every drop of medicine. That stage made her a woman of deeds, not words.

As a head nurse she learned to organise people and processes: schedules, stocks, discipline. Management experience in a district hospital is a serious school for anyone who wants to manage public resources.

Since 1998, as the paramedic at her home village's medical post, she has been the first and often the only medical professional people turn to. Twenty-five years in the same post means the trust of an entire community — capital no money can buy.

Finally, she was born in Albinețul Vechi and has served her village for a quarter of a century. She is not running "for" Fălești from somewhere outside — she is running from the midst of the people she treats every day.
