Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Nisporeni District Council because in our village the doctor does not come — the doctor lives here. For over forty years, I have been the person the people of Bolțun knock on when something hurts, day or night.

I was born in Bolțun and I never left: I started as a nurse in 1981, became head nurse, and since 1994 I have been the paramedic at the village's medical office. I know everyone — from the babies I weighed at birth to the old people I visit every week.

Every day I see the same problems: a medical office with cracked walls and no basic medicines; lonely elderly people who need daily care, not promises; an ambulance that reaches the village when it is already too late. That is why I will fight for concrete things: repairing the medical office in Bolțun and the neighbouring villages and stocking it with medicines; a home-care service for lonely elderly people; an ambulance post closer to our villages — because in emergencies every minute counts.

A village paramedic knows that medicine does not begin in the hospital — it begins at a person's gate.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make sure that in Bolțun nobody is left without medical help.

Career analysis

Feodora Darii's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

As a nurse she learned medicine from scratch: injections, dressings, night shifts. Five years in the village medical office taught her that in a village there are no "easy cases" — there are people, and every person matters.

Eight years as head nurse taught her to organise work and to answer for stocks, for hygiene, for every patient who crosses the threshold. She learned to make decisions on her own, with no doctor behind her — a responsibility the town cannot even imagine.

Since 1994, as a paramedic, she has effectively been the village's doctor: she diagnoses, treats, refers the serious cases onwards and, above all, she is there — at any hour. Forty years of uninterrupted presence have made her the person the whole village trusts.

Finally, her choice never to leave Bolțun — instead of seeking an easier post in town — proves her bond with the people she seeks to represent. She is not running "for" the village from somewhere outside: she is running from its very midst.
