Vasile Dascăl was born on 22 August 1990 in the village of Bolțun, Nisporeni District, into a family of workers. After graduating from high school he studied social work at Moldova State University, graduating in 2012. He started as a social worker at his native village's mayoralty, then was a child protection inspector, and since 2021 he has led the mobile social assistance team of Nisporeni District.

Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Nisporeni District Council because, after fourteen years among people, I know one simple thing: the most vulnerable among us have no voice. And I have been their voice — and I want to continue to be.

I was born in Bolțun. After studying social work I started as a social worker at my native village's mayoralty, then I was a child protection inspector, and since 2021 I have led the mobile social assistance team of Nisporeni District. We travel through the district's villages and reach where nobody reaches: lonely elderly people, children forgotten by everyone.

I know that in our villages there are children from struggling families who need an adult who believes in them. I know elderly people who have nobody to bring them bread. That is why, if you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: foster care and mentoring programmes for children from vulnerable families; real care for lonely elderly people in villages — visits, medicines, a kind word; a social canteen in the district, so nobody goes hungry.

A society is measured by how it treats its weakest members.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make sure nobody in Nisporeni is forgotten.
