Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Dubăsari District Council because order does not keep itself — especially in a border zone.

I was born in Corjova and I have worked here all my life, in the police: I started on patrol, served as a community officer, and since 2010 I have headed the police station. I know every village, every road and — unfortunately — every problem.

Our zone has its specifics: border villages, traffic through crossing points, poaching on the Dniester. Parents want to know their child's road to school is safe, and honest fishermen want to know the law is the same for everyone.

If you elect me, I will push for concrete things: regular patrols in the border villages, safety programmes around schools, and a real fight against poaching on the Dniester, together with environmental inspectors.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. The law must be felt in every village, not just read in regulations.

Career analysis

Eugen Drăguțan's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

He started as a patrol officer — streets, nights, real call-outs. He learned what order means "live", not in regulations: fast reactions, a cool head, responsibility.

As a community officer he knew every household in his beat. People's trust is not won with shoulder boards — it is won over years, door by door. That school of patience made him a rare listener.

Since 2010 he has headed a police station: subordinates, planning, decisions under pressure. Command experience in a hierarchical structure is exactly the kind of discipline a district councillor needs.

Finally, he was born in Corjova and guards his native villages. For him, public order is not a statistic — it is his neighbours, their children, the roads he grew up on.
