Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Nisporeni District Council because public money must be counted as carefully as one's own. A leu spent without accounting is a leu stolen from schools, roads and hospitals.

I was born in Bolțun and I have kept the books of the district's agricultural enterprises for over 25 years. I started as an ordinary accountant, became a senior accountant, and since 2010 I have been chief accountant. I know where every ban is lost — and how it can be saved.

I know the problems from balance sheets, not from an office: farmers cannot make use of subsidies because they do not know how to account for them; small businesses suffocate under taxes and fines they do not understand; many enterprises live "in the grey" because the rules are complicated and unclear. A transparent economy is a strong economy.

If you elect me, I will push for concrete things: a simple guide to accounting for subsidies for farmers, with free advice; clear and predictable tax procedures for small business; financial transparency of enterprises with public capital — every leu in plain sight. Accounting is not a burden, it is an instrument of trust.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Numbers do not lie — only those who hide them do. Together we can make Nisporeni district's money work for people.

Career analysis

Haralambie Dabija's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

He started "from the bottom": as an ordinary accountant he learned that every figure must add up — otherwise someone pays. That stage taught him rigour and honesty: in accounting there is no "approximately".

As a senior accountant he learned to coordinate a team and to answer for entire balance sheets. He understood that a wrong figure on time costs more than a thousand right words too late.

Since 2010 he has been chief accountant — the man who signs for every leu. He learned to see beyond the figures: a healthy enterprise means salaries paid on time and taxes paid honestly. His experience with agricultural subsidies is exactly what farmers lack — a guide, not an obstacle.

Finally, he was born in Bolțun and keeps the books of his home district's farms. He is running because he knows that the district budget is the big accounting book — and he wants it kept honestly.
