Rodica Lupu was born on 17 May 1988 in the village of Chircăeștii Noi, Căușeni district, into a family of teachers. After graduating from the high school in Căușeni, she studied mathematics and computer science at Tiraspol State University. After graduating, she returned to the district — to the school in Chircăeștii Noi, where she works to this day.

I have decided to run for the Căușeni District Council because a school cannot be repaired with fine words. I am a mathematics teacher and the principal of the Theoretical High School in Chircăeștii Noi — the school where I started as a young teacher.

I was born in the Căușeni district, studied mathematics and computer science at Tiraspol State University, and after graduating I came back home. Sixteen years later, I lead the same school I first entered holding a class register.

Every day I see why teachers leave: low salaries, unequipped classrooms, young specialists with nowhere to live. I see children walking kilometres to school and laboratories where the blackboard remains the only "technology".

If you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: bonuses and housing for young teachers so they stay in the district; digitalising schools — interactive whiteboards and internet in every classroom; safe school transport for children from neighbouring villages; repairs to school buildings, starting with the oldest.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make the village school just as good as the town one.
