Views and principles
I have decided to run for the Căușeni District Council because I have seen too many lives hanging on a few minutes. I am an emergency doctor and I head the emergency medical station in Căușeni.
I was born in Chițcani. After six years of medical school in Chișinău I returned to the district — because this is where the ambulance has the hardest time reaching, and where it is needed most.
The problems are the ones I live with daily: ambulances arrive late in remote villages because the vehicles are old and the roads are bad; the equipment is outdated; doctors leave because salaries cannot keep up with the responsibility.
If you elect me, I will push for concrete things: new ambulances and modern equipment for the district's stations; repairs to the access roads to isolated villages so crews arrive on time; decent salaries and staff housing for emergency doctors; first-aid points in the larger villages.
This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make sure the distance to the hospital no longer decides who lives.
Career analysis
Constantin Apostol's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.
His residency was a school of responsibility: night shifts, decisions made in seconds, lives depending on his composure. That stage taught him not to panic and to own difficult decisions.
As an emergency doctor he came to know the real district: isolated villages, bad roads, people waiting for the ambulance. He does not lead from an office — he knows every road his crews are late on.
As head of the station he manages people, shifts, vehicles and logistics. Running a service that operates around the clock on insufficient resources means administration under pressure — exactly what a district councillor needs to know.
Finally, his choice to return to Căușeni after his studies — instead of staying in Chișinău, where salaries and conditions are different — proves that for him the district is not a career stepping stone, but home.
