Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Florești District Council because, in 20 years of legal practice, I have seen the same drama in dozens of villages: people losing their parents' houses and land not because they are wrong, but because they have no one to turn to for help.

I was born in Bobulești, and I know what a document filed too late means. In our district, thousands of village houses lack proper papers, and inheritances are divided through quarrels, not by law. An ordinary person with no money for a Chișinău lawyer is often left alone with these problems.

If you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: a district programme of accessible legal aid — free consultations for pensioners and low-income families; support for completing the cadastre and registration of village houses; mediation of inheritance disputes before they reach court. The law must protect everyone, not only those who can afford it.

All these years I have defended people, not case files. I know how to listen, how to read a document, and how to see a case through to the end. I will put these qualities at the service of the district council.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make justice in Florești independent of a person's wallet.

Career analysis

Dan Pîrțac's career is built on a solid foundation: five years as a legal counsel for an enterprise gave him an understanding of the real economy — contracts, debts, commercial disputes. A councillor who knows how an enterprise works from the inside makes better decisions for the district's budget.

Eight years of traineeship show the patience and rigour of the profession: law is not learned from books, but from hundreds of small cases. That stage taught him to listen to people — an essential quality for a voters' representative.

Since 2004, as a litigation attorney specialising in inheritance and land cases, he has become the defender of ordinary people in the most sensitive disputes: the parents' house, the inherited land. Two decades in these cases mean two decades of trust earned village by village.

His specialisation makes him a rare expert on the council: land and inheritance issues are among the most frequent complaints of the district's citizens. A councillor who knows these mechanisms from the inside can propose real solutions, not declarations.

Finally, the fact that he was born in Bobulești and built his entire career in Florești proves his bond with the territory. He does not defend people "from a distance" — he defends his neighbours.
