Pavel Diaconu was born on 15 October 1990 in the village of Bezeni, Florești District, into a family of teachers. After graduating from high school he studied public administration at the Academy of Public Administration, graduating in 2012. He started as a specialist at his native village's mayoralty, then was secretary of the local council, and since 2020 he has been Secretary of the Florești District Council.

I have decided to run for the Florești District Council because, after fourteen years in administration, I know exactly where things get stuck — and I know they can be unstuck. I have been on both sides of the counter: the official receiving the papers and the person waiting in the queue.

I was born in Bezeni. After the Academy of Public Administration I started as a specialist at my native village's mayoralty, then I was secretary of the local council, and since 2020 I have been Secretary of the Florești District Council. I know how a decision is made, how it is published, how it is implemented — and where it disappears along the way.

If you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: council sessions open to the public and decisions published on time, so every person knows what was voted; electronic mayoralty services, so people no longer lose whole days for one certificate; an administration that is easy to reach — even from the most remote villages of the district.

The administration exists for the people, not the people for the administration. A simple principle I want to make into a rule.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make the mayoralty and the council work for people, not for papers.
