Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Telenești District Council because I know what it means to be a woman in a village with nowhere to work. I was that woman myself — and I decided to change things, first for myself, then for others.

I was born in Brînzenii Vechi. After vocational school I worked five years as a seamstress at the factory in Telenești, then I opened a small atelier. Since 2019 I have run a real sewing workshop: 18 women from our village, orders from Chișinău, wages paid on time.

I know there are hundreds of women in our villages who want to work but have nowhere to go. That is why, if you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: support programmes for women who want to start a business — from the first sewing machine to the first order; help for local producers to sell their goods instead of keeping them in the yard; jobs in the villages, so women no longer have to leave for work abroad and leave their children with grandparents.

A woman with a job in her own village is a whole family kept together.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make it possible for the women of Telenești to work at home, not far from home.

Career analysis

Natalia Cazacu's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

Five years as a factory seamstress showed her what real work looks like: quotas, deadlines, small wages. She does not speak about the problems of village women from books — she has lived them herself.

The decision to open her own atelier in 2015 took courage: in a village, with little money, with no guarantees. She started from zero and within four years grew to a workshop with 18 employees. That trajectory shows what initiative and perseverance mean — qualities a councillor uses every day.

As a manager she learned to handle people, orders and money — including in the hard years when orders fell. She knows what the real economy of a Moldovan village is, not the one in the reports.

And the fact that she created jobs in Brînzenii Vechi, her native village, instead of moving her business to Chișinău, proves her bond with the territory. She is running so that other women of Telenești have the chance she created for herself.
