Biography

Arcadie Răducanu was born on 23 March 1974 in the village of Adjiler, Ștefan Vodă district, into a family of collective farm workers. He attended the village school, and after graduating he left for Chișinău to study public administration. After his studies he returned home — to the town hall of his native village, where he works to this day.

Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Ștefan Vodă District Council because thirty years of town hall work have taught me one simple thing: people do not come to the town hall for paperwork — they come for justice.

I was born in Adjiler, I grew up here, I work here, and my children are growing up here. As town hall secretary I know exactly where it hurts: land without deeds, inheritance cases unresolved for years, people who come ten times with the same problem and go home with promises.

The issues I will champion are concrete: putting the land cadastre in order in the district's communities, so every owner has proper deeds; a town hall archive that is organised, accessible and transparent; a real citizens' reception programme, where a person is received, heard, and answered on time.

I am not running for a position — I already have a profession I love. I am running because I know from the inside what needs fixing, and I am ready to do my part. This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make the administration work for people, not people for the administration.
