Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Rezina District Council because economic development is not a report on paper — it is people's bread. I head the Economic Development Department, and I know exactly where things get stuck.

I was born in Rezina. After the Academy of Public Administration I came back home, and for seventeen years I have worked at the town hall: I started as a specialist, and since 2017 I have headed the economic development department.

I know the problems from the inside: investors bypass the district because they are offered nothing concrete; local producers have nowhere to sell their goods; the Dniester embankment — the town's most beautiful calling card — lies neglected.

If you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: a real one-stop shop for investors — no paperwork wandering for months; fairs and markets for the district's local producers; development of the Dniester embankment — a promenade, lighting, spaces for small business; partnerships with companies that create jobs here.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make Rezina no longer a town people pass through, but a town people stay in.

Career analysis

Daniela Osadci's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

As a specialist she learned administration "from the bottom": files, people, deadlines. That stage taught her that behind every piece of paper stands a citizen who is waiting.

As a senior specialist she coordinated projects and relations with the town's businesses. She learned to speak the language of business — to understand what an investor needs in order to stay, not to leave.

As head of the Economic Development Department she manages strategies, budgets and partnerships. The experience of planning a town's development is exactly the kind of experience a district councillor needs.

Finally, seventeen years in the same town hall, in her hometown — steadiness and deep knowledge of the territory. Daniela Osadci did not come to Rezina for an office: she is from here, and it shows in every project of hers.
