Views and principles

I have decided to run for the Ungheni District Council because I know what a plant means to a town. I started as a fitter, and today I am the chief engineer of the machine-building plant in Ungheni.

I was born in Ungheni. After studying mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Moldova I came back home — to the same plant where I took my first steps as a worker.

I see the problems every day: young people leave because there are no well-paid jobs in town; the vocational school trains workers "into the void", with no link to real plants; the town's industrial zone needs investment and decent roads.

If you elect me, I will fight for concrete things: partnerships between the vocational school and the district's enterprises — paid apprenticeships and jobs for the best graduates; development of Ungheni's industrial zone; incentives for investors who create jobs here, not somewhere else.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make the young people of Ungheni find their future at home, not abroad.

Career analysis

Adrian Bodea's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

He started as a fitter — he knows production "from the bottom". Workers' respect cannot be ordered from an office: it is earned at the lathe, and that stage taught him what real work means and the people who do it.

As a process engineer he learned technical rigour: a badly designed process costs money, time and sometimes safety. Engineering precision made him a man of solutions, not excuses.

As chief engineer he manages people, machinery and deadlines. Running a plant's production means daily economic decisions — exactly the kind of experience a councillor voting on budgets needs.

Finally, he built his entire career at the same plant, in his hometown. That steadiness says more than any promise: Adrian Bodea is not looking for a place to leave, but a place to develop.
