I have decided to run for the Bălți Municipal Council because, after thirty years in social assistance, I know one simple thing: a state is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable.

I was born in Bălți, in Sadovoe. I started as a specialist — with case files, queues and desperate people at the counter. I rose to head of department, but I never forgot what a Monday morning looks like at the social assistance door.

I know the problems by heart: endless queues for benefits, buildings inaccessible to people with disabilities, lonely elderly people with nowhere to get a hot meal. These are not statistics — they are our neighbours.

If you elect me, I will propose concrete things: counters without queues, with online booking and electronic files; making public buildings accessible to people with disabilities; expanding the network of social canteens in the municipality. Dignity should not have to queue.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make Bălți a city that takes care of its own.
