Views and principles

I have decided to run because an administration must hear people, not just register their papers. For eight years I have worked with citizens' petitions, and I know exactly where even the simplest request gets stuck.

I was born and raised in Pervomaisc; I studied here, I work here. I started as a filing clerk — with folders and stamps — and became head of the department where dozens of people arrive every day with their problems: pensions, social benefits, kindergarten places.

Every day I see the same pain: Russian-language schools and kindergartens do not have enough places, the bus to the town runs rarely, and our pensioners can barely cover their medicines from their pensions. People are not asking for the impossible — they are asking to be heard and helped on time.

If you elect me, I will push for new places in Russian schools and kindergartens, regular transport for Pervomaisc, and social payments that reach every pensioner on time. A good administration is measured in problems solved, not papers signed.

This candidacy is not about office — it is about responsibility. Together we can make every resident of Pervomaisc count.

Career analysis

Olga Sidorova's career confirms, step by step, the qualities a voters' representative needs.

She started as a filing clerk — from the very bottom: folders, stamps, queues at the counter. Someone who has stood on that side of the counter knows what bureaucracy looks like through an ordinary person's eyes.

As a social affairs specialist she worked with the most vulnerable: pensioners, large families, people with disabilities. That work teaches the main thing — to listen and not walk past someone else's trouble.

Heading the petitions department, she deals with dozens of human stories every day. Petitions are the most honest barometer: they show what hurts people, no polls needed.

Her proposals — Russian schools and kindergartens, transport, pensioners' payments — were not invented in an office: they are what people bring to her every day.

Finally, her entire career has been in Pervomaisc. She serves her home settlement — and she is not running "for" it from somewhere outside, but from its very midst.
